Payments

If you have made a reservation using our online booking engine, please note that your card details are only used to secure your booking and that no charges are made in advance of your arrival.

Please note All cards will be pre authorised to check their validity.

Pre authorisation

We have been preauthorising credit/debit cards since 2005. This is not a new practice nor do we hide the fact that we must do this. Since debit cards are more in use, and are tied directly to a guests current account rather than a credit account, more guests have had questions regarding this practice.

All payments are to be made upon arrival; YOUR CARD MUST BE PRESENTED SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE IT AS A FORM OF PAYMENT - OTHERWISE AN ALTERNATIVE WILL BE SOUGHT. Please note, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards as forms of payment.

If you do not have a payment card, you may send a cheque or postal order 10 days leading to your date of arrival. A receipt will be issued once the payment has been cleared.

NB: All credit card payments are subject to a 3% admin charge and all debit card payments are subject to a fee of £1.20.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be confirmed with us at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 (midday) on your check-in date; all
cancellations received after this time may be subject to a full charge.

Check-in is from 14:00 onwards. For those arriving earlier, luggage may be stored at reception allowing you to go out and enjoy London.

Check-out is at 11:00 although, later check-out can be arranged at an extra half day charge.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all, Adria Hotel is committed to providing its guests, visitors and employees with a smoke-free environment and therfore kindly ask that the No Smoking policy is followed within all internal areas of the hotel.
